日頃よりTHE TERMINALをご利用頂きまして誠にありがとうございます。
3月4日（日）のオープン時間が大幅に遅れ、寒い中ご来店を頂きましたお客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛け致しましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。今後この様な事が二度と起こらぬ様、運営オペレーションの見直しを図り、スタッフ一同今まで以上真摯に仕事に励んでいく所存です。本来であればご来店頂きました方々に個々にお詫びを申し上げるべきところではありますが、こちらの文面を持ってお詫びとさせて頂きます。

We apologize that we opened THE TERMINAL far later than it supposes to be, 9:00 am, on March 4th. We will change our operation system to avoid this kind of matter will be happened again. We hope our apology goes to all customers who thankfully came here. Again, we afraid we did not open the shop on time.
